The two-day camp will incorporate small-group scrimmages as well as SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) that prepare players of all levels to use throughout the season. This camp is to encourage players to review and build upon the skills highlighted in the August Ball Mastery Camp and fine tune to use on the pitch.

The Winter Ball Mastery Camp includes on-field exercises that emphasize:

• Advanced playing styles
• Different footwork combinations
• Adopt an analytical and strategic approach to player technique and preparedness on and off the pitch
