    PacNW Soccer Club offers a Two Week Trial Program for birthyears 2010-2001.  Cost: $20. 
     
    Payments are processed electronically. E-check is $5 per transaction.  To use E-check, please have a current check ready at registration since you will be prompted to enter both bank and checking account information as listed on your checks.   If you choose to pay by credit card, a fee of 2.5% will be accessed.

    ***Important: At the completion of registration, click on the "print documents" button in order to print your medical release form.  Please bring to the first day of training.  Your player will not be permitted to participate with out this form.
